Bates is an attempt to get better in the trenches. We aint going to be a throw it all over the yard offense. Bates has some size and can help in the run and the short passing game if he is good enough to get some play time.

I will look everywhere and not find a reason to like this pick. Just look at the tape of Brevin Jordan and compare it to Bates.
