Thats where i had him, but he has fallen to 9 or 10th in some lists. Friend of mine watched him play a lot and the description in your link was about what he said as well...

NJ and NYR are both NYC market
Both NJ and NYR are on MSG network
Chicago is 2nd largest hockey market and maybe first nationwide in popularity

This whole thing stinks to high heaven.
.25% chance of NYR picking 2nd and Chi picking 3rd
HORRIBLE for the game
GREAT for the largest hockey markets

This sounds like LA though:

"Not a speedster, but has a great stick and soft hands as a high-end playmaker. Can control the pace and the play."

Although, this team got a ton faster, and may actually just need a dude with some hands.

Maybe lost on me, but looking at Kings picks and they have:

Two 1st Round Picks
One 2nd
Two 3rd
Two 4th

So they have extra picks even beyond picking 3 times in the first 36.
