Ok, so I got the round wrong....but how often is anyone right about a MLB drafted player outside of the top ten?
Y'all betta RECOGNIZE.
He projects as a Gregg Zaun type....decent 15-20 HR power but needs to work on his receiving. Decent arm, and he looks like a catcher. I think he'll be up in 2014/2015. Hamate injury (Hello Pablo!!) dropped him out of the first round.
Ricky Oropeza 1b from USC with the third round pick just now...dude is a BOMBER and not a lot of 1b org depth outside of Belt. Could move to 3b. This guy should have gone in the second round. Good value pick.
