I looked at this kids minor league stats, and I don't see anything since 2010. Where has he been? He is already 27, though. Not sure what kind ceiling he has. Org depth?
Just saw that Martin Agosta retired on June 26th. I guess that his injuries were too big to come back from.
Also, Raymond Black was released from the organization on April 4th and not re-signed. I was somehow under the impression that the organization had re-signed him.
According to his milb.com profile, he was dfa'd on April 2nd and then released on April 4th. I don't know what the rules are for an organization to let a player use any facilities when that player is not under the team's control. Maybe there is some kind of verbal agreement to re-sign him once he gets healthy.I think we discussed Ray Black earlier, he underwent another operation and is out another 3 months or so. I think he's unofficially still with the Giants though.
