No offense Stymie, but I think you missed my point about the "digital age" as it relates to Doug Williams/RG3. And, as someone who was born in the mid 60's, I'm very familiar with "those who do not know history's mistakes, are doomed to repeat them".

I believe this thread is about leadership, and leadership, no matter what period of time or how that period is defined Is based on how one human being interacts with others. On this point I don't believe that we are in disagreement, where our differences lie seems to be related to factors indigenous to a particular time frame.
