We will start with this
Things to think about
Its not too late. Usually there is a flurry of activity before the trade deadline. There are always some teams that have had a good start, but suffer key injuries to LTs, OLB's and CBs. They think if they plug those few holes, they can make a run. The goal would be to pick up another 1st, and a couple of 2nds and 3rds.Wish they would have listened to the rest of us before the season when these players had more trade value.
Been saying this before the season started, now it seems to be catching on. Geezzz...

The front office needs to make this determination fairly quickly to unload a few assets to help next year and years thereafter. Anyone with any trade value should be traded. I agree. But of course we have the front office of Snyder and Allen. As Allen said yesterday, they believe they are real close. Which means no rebuild. Which means more of the same. The front office needs to make this determination fairly quickly to unload a few assets to help next year and years thereafter. And the goal is to build within with current young core. Why can't Allen/Snyder see that not only do the fan base not want to see the same repetitive BS, we are patient enough to continue bringing along the young core while adding to it over the next 2 drafts, sprinkle in a vet or two and boom, we can be competitive once again. They are completely oblivious to the obvious that fans want for the team.I agree. But of course we have the front office of Snyder and Allen. Is there a single positional unit that the Skins can hang their hat on as being "strong"
okay let me rephrase
is there a single positional unit that the Skins can hang their has on as being average or above average?
What valuable assets are we trading? Reed? Norman? Kerrigan? Richardson? All of these players value is diminishing. Get what you can for them now.Disagree on trading all valuable assets.
Who replaces them in the lineup?
No reason to get rid of assets now without a viable plan of action.
Clearly, the coaching on this team has been bad. It’s entirely possible that some of those assets will be valuable again with better coaching (assuming the redskins can hire better coaches).
The y should absolutely trade Trent williams though. He ain’t coming back.
