Thought maybe after they restructured Tyron's contract they were making some room for Demarco.

I thought that as well, but after hearing the Cowboys made a "last ditch" attempt to sign Murray before he hits the market, and that Murray took everything Cowboys off his Twitter site, it sounds like Jerry tried to low ball him. If they don't come with 40-45 million by 4, I think it'll be a sad day. Someone is gonna show him the money

Agreed! After I read what he did with his Twitter account I figured he gone and won't come back to let the Cowboys know what he's been offered to match.

Exactly. Hopefully it's worrying about nothing, but I genuinely thought they would sign him before he hit the market or he'd be gone. The only thing that's gonna happen if he hits the market is his price going up. If the Cowboys were offering $6 million, and Murray wanted $8 million, are they gonna match a $9 or $10 million deal from another squad? If they were gonna match, why not make a legit offer in the first place?

Don't think Jones ever had intentions of bringing him back or he would have made a reasonable offer and not lowballed him fro the start

I think you are probably right. I have to believe Murray looked at the deal Parnell(good grief) got, and figured the NFC Offensive POY was worth a couple of million more a year than a backup OT

Listen to the sound of nothing.
As it stands right now, how is this a good sign for Murray.

I'll go all in, he is not going anywhere.

People show up to the stores early on Black Friday. And in a heartbeat all the "deals" are gone.

Right now Murray is the Super High Def curved TV that cost 4k.

How does Murray not get ag least what Torry Smith got? WRs are so overpaid. No one learned from Jennings and Wallace? SF is going to regret this

Can we buy him and Spiller and then return The one we don't want in week 3?

Looks like I was wrong about the Eagles. The Jags are in reportedly in serious talks with Murray

Jax was always the one I was worried about. a lot of cap room. Needs talent and has a young QB that needs weapons around him. Still could be a lot of teams interested. Haven't heard anyone mention Atl. Have they signed a RB? I'd think they are tired of the crap they've been putting out there the last decade...

Best chance for Dallas to resign Murray at this point not is for Jerry to start drinking!!! If I'm Murray's agent I'm sending him a couple of those special bottles of wine he likes so much and bringing my pen...

If he's looking at the Eagles right now he better be saying hell no!

Maybe the door on Murray is not totally closed (yet).

According to Mike Fisher of 105.3 The Fan, Murray met privately with Cowboys coach Jason Garrett at last night’s Mavs game, and continued the meeting in another spot.
