I certainly no Whitlock fan, but I agree with him on this. RG3 needs to STFU. He's putting Shanny in a very tough position. It's fine to be chomping at the bit. Its NOT fine to publicly question the coach. He took it too far. I think he knew it though. That's why he had that 'clear the air' press conference. The way to avoid that in the future is to keep your mouth shut and talk to your coach FIRST if you have a problem with something, NOT the media.

When both parties are saying there is no rift, and the media is still crying "rift!" it's the media being the media. Trying to create a story rather than report.
