he's being paid to at the minimum compete for the Big Ten West Title. If he loses to Wiscy, Minn and Iowa and finishes 4th in the west, that's grounds for firing imo. no need to wait for the bowl game.

Last year they let it slide because the defense was young and T-mart got hurt and the o-line had a lot of injuries, but this year, what is the excuse? Absolutely no development at QB or the O-line and the defense still can't stop the run. get him out of here and give someone else a shot.

I guess I was smoking a bong full of reality, and you are right, that is too many for our program. If Nebraska loses the next two games, that makes five losses, do the math! I truly believe there's a 50/50 chance or better for two losses to come our way. We'll still be on the right track though according to Bo.

I was being sarcastic.....

Bo has had 4 losses every year so 5 or 6 is too many.

I figured you were being sarcastic, but my bong full of reality reply has a nice ring to it, am I right?

I will so LMAO if he goes (1-1) and finishes (9-4).

He's not going anywhere if he gets his 9th win on Friday. He wasn't let go last year for being (8-4) after Iowa, so a prior practice has been established that (8-4) is OK. The (8-4) should give him a winnable bowl game thus (9-4) again.

Would they let him go for losing the bowl game and going (8-5)?

That's the unknown IMO.

(10-3) is still in the cards too. That would break his 4 loss cycle.

The only possibility he gets fired, and it's still a slim one at that, is if the last two games are blowout losses. All of us Nebraska fans know it's all about the process no matter how stinky that process may be.
