Okay so my brothers friend who's a huge OSU fan said that it's not a violation but more like black eye penn state scandal(not pedophilia) kind of thing. Weird, there is this really cute black girl ive been talking too who dated Jeremy Smith and she was telling me that he would beat her when they were dating. Went on to say her father made her meet up with Gundy too get it all straightened out and she said nothing happened to an exception of a restraining order. So who knows, maybe that's it. I would think that would be a big deal by covering it up.

Regarding OU and it’s “cheating” reputation.

Granted, the Oklahoma football program went through some adversity over a period of not more than 30 years with spurious allegations of rampant cheating but that has all been put to rest. Can you not understand how our brave young lads were being constantly frustrated with inordinate requirements to spend excessive time on the athletic side of their educations at the expense of their first love --- the pursuit of academic excellence? It is very understandable that a potential Rhodes scholar would chafe at not being allowed to spend every minute he can in his favorite physics laboratory or honing his forensic skills for his next debate tournament. Who can blame a young man for wanting to let off a little steam celebrating another semester on the President’s honor role?! The individual behavior may have been a tad lacking in some cases but it wasn’t as if anyone hosed down a 7-11 with an AR-15 or attacked someone who wasn’t just asking for it by not wearing something decent like a full burka. No….a thousand times no! The young men at OU who perhaps over emphasized their lust for following the pedagogy of a faculty dedicated to furthering their education did make mistakes. But prayer, good works and a sincere regretful acknowledgement of their transgressions should have sufficed. NCAA probation was totally uncalled for.
