just listened to the espn video. He has Rosen falling to the Dolphins at #11. what a steal. Allen #1 pick overall. This is not factoring the KC signing. He had the Jets taking Mayfield at #6. Denver taking Darnold at #5.

Does anyone else thing the Giants are going to pass on a QB at #2?

If Rosen starts falling I might be ok with a trade up.

I think the giants should take a QB but I really hope they don't take saquon

Yep, in fact I have them going OL with their pick, but that's after a trade down. Running back I don't believe is that high on their list of positions to fill. This is especially true since they drafted Wayne Gallman just last year. BTW: If they keep the pick, it's going to be difficult passing on Eli's replacement. I have them picking, OL or QB first. Not Barkley, even though he's a game changing every down type RB. (Run, Catch, Block).

I agree but all will be gone by time we would pick in the 2nd round. Nelson is a cant miss prospect at our biggest position of need IMO. I think he is worth a 4th rounder. With Nelson added I think we a top 5 oline in the NFL.

how is it the biggest position of need in your opinion if you believe 1 player or (20% of the unit) would make it a top 5 oline in the NFL. that logic doesnt add up.

Biggest position of need IMO is receiver

b/c it would solidify the oline. Which is important. More than WR.

While Nelson may be the cream of the crop, he is not the only guard coming out of college worthy of a pick and certainly not worthy of trading picks for at this point. There are likely over 10 Div I guards capable of starting for several NFL teams coming out of this draft, we can find one by round 4-5.
We need to capitalize on pick #13 the best way we can...

I think guards are tougher to predict then people think...

Chance Warmack I thought was going to be an unbelievable guard at the NFL level. Cooper as well.

Then there is Decastro, Scherff, Martin, and Hutchinson who were all predicted to be stud guards and turned into stud guards.

I think the draft is more deeper at center than Guard this year. The top three OG's will be gone by when we pick in the 2nd round.

I think Nelson has one of the highest grades ever for any OG.

You don't need a top 3 guard to fit your system. Find a talented guard and coach him up! We will be fine at LG. We have many dragons to slay before worrying about LG at the moment. If we want to improve our success as a team moving forward, begin investing as many resources in your defense as possible.

I'd prefer to sign a free agent to compete at LG, resign Long, or draft one in the mid round and throw them right into the starting lineup before investing an early pick in one. Playing next to Trent would be a big benefit and help with the mental aspect.

everyone is strung out by roullier being a center when in fact he played LG for 2 years in college. sign long and problem could be solved
