I figured. I love @navamind but he can get really nitpicky.
I mean, he has several posts in this thread and none of them have had anything to do with the thread topic.

2 starters have an ERA below 4.... you gonna take that over the Muts??

Good thing there's more to offense than batting average.
The league ERA for the NL is 4.45. Lester's the only pitcher with an ERA north of that. Darvish's is hovering around there, but he's also rocking a 3.23 ERA since the ASB and he's ironed out his command issues.
I never said that’s the main reason. Bullpen is the main reason they won’t make it IMO.He stated why he feels those teams aren't in a position to claim the WC and I challenged those points. He thinks the Cubs are struggling with the playoff race because of their rotation (which I disagree with, I think their outfield and relief pitching are the main culprits).
A lot of Phillies fans are complaining about his pitch selection and how he calls a game. He hasn’t sucked but he hasn’t been as good as he was in Miami. He has been better these last few weeks.I wouldn't say Realmuto has sucked, but I do find it odd that he has regressed offensively despite moving to a ore hitter friendly park.
I really thought he'd thrive in Philly. Hasn't been bad, but hasn't been near as good as I expected.
A lot of Phillies fans (and fans of all teams for that matter) complain about everything. I complain too but I don't pretend to know enough about Realmuto's pitch selection to judge him on that. But I agree about his offense. I thought he would be better offensively outside of Marlins Park too. He's been good for a catcher, just not really any better than last year. The kid can throw out a runner though.A lot of Phillies fans are complaining about his pitch selection and how he calls a game. He hasn’t sucked but he hasn’t been as good as he was in Miami. I think that's just what you get when you extend the Wild Card to another team. The teams in contention for it are only slightly better than .500 so it is normal that they all seem to take a step up, then a step back then a step up. It's exciting for a lot of teams because if they can just make the playoffs then anything can happen. But it is also frustrating as hell because they are still losing almost as many as they win to get there. I wonder if Nick Foles can play 3rd baseMets swept at home
Cubs are headed to extra innings, and need a win to avoid being swept at home
Phillies drop another series to the Marlins(They are 7-9 against the Marlins this season)
All three had opportunities to take advantage of the other two, but none could, and now they've let the Brewers back in the mix.
And on an unrelated note, fuck the Cubs. Go on an 8 game win streak and extend the division lead by 1 game(possibly 2 if the Cubs win today).
We’d probably have a 10+ game lead if our bullpen wasn’t so shitty the entire months of April and July.If the Mets' bullpen had not been so god-awful earlier in the season, they might actually be leading the WC race right now.
Still, they're dead. No chance at the playoffs, and not sucky enough to even get good picks in the next draft.
You could also say Washington could be up near first place if their bullpen wasn't absolutely atrocious for most of the year. It's shocking a team can have a bullpen with an ERA near 6 and still have a great chance to make the playoffs. We’d probably have a 10+ game lead if our bullpen wasn’t so shitty the entire months of April and July.

Yelich is playing good, but not all world. our starters suck, the relief pitching has been so-so. The offense hasn't shown it can consistently put runs on the board. But I like our chances.
Am I being a homer enough?
