Let's rate the other coaches that have 20 years with the same team
Have won 17 Division Titles
Have Won 10 AFCCG
Have been to 10 Super Bowls (50% of career)
Have won 6 Super Bowls (30% of career)

Other coaches = 0, none, zero, nada, zilch

I'll stick with Mr. Happy

The biggest problem with Bill Belichick is that he has set the bar so high that he even hastrouble reaching it every year.

Ok, this is probably it and we've been spoiled

How good would the Patriots be if they all of Cleveland's picks since 2001

Ok, this is probably it and we've been spoiled
Red - Not that you are responsible to go back and read through every thread, but this topic is frequently debated here and I believe the consensus is:

1) Pat's have had by far the worst draft positions of any team over the past 20 years (a product of winning so much that what was once a mediocre to borderline poor historical record is now close to the best ever historical record)

2) BB has not maximized the value in his draft hands because he takes high upside payers to try and make up for the draft positioning

3) What BB has lost from not choosing safe picks he has made up for with great UDF signings

I'll go as far to say that BB may even see the UDF pool to be not far off from the safe picks...
