I don't

They've been busts!

My thinking is that BB wants to draft guys that no one wants on there team and "make them good" to throw it in people's faces.

When you're drafting 30, 31,32 for 20 years in a row, I think he's done about as well as can be expected.
I don't want to hear about the 20 guys who BB didn't pick and got drafted by someone else that turned into stars.

Considering that he's taken his team to the AFCCG 11 times and the Super Bowl 9 times and won 6 of them, I can't find a whole lot of fault

Yes this is true... But it's not like the Patriots have played in a touch division.. So there is that... One could argue they wouldn't have been where they have been without BB drafting the way he has... So I am not a fan. You make good points to say that it doesn't really matter though

Is there someone in particular you don't like?
Are 50 percent of the last 2 years players not good?

I just not sure what he is thinking when he makes his decisions to pick up players. What did he "see" in Harry to pick him? Why not try to get another wr? But hey, I'm just armchair Qing here and don't even have the tenth of the knowledge BB has

Size and speed. Thing is that a player may look like a star against college competition but can't do squat when he hits the big time.

Remember Ryan Leaf??

When he took Harry, I was happy but I had been talking and hoping for Metcalf. Then again, everyone else skipped over him too. Seahawks took him and everyone looks stupid. Then again, they passed on him twice too.

Well I didn't like taking a kicker in round 5 that they let go.

Let's rate BB

Coach 10
Personnel beyond drafting 10
Is perfect Drafting 1

So for his duties BB only rates an average score of 7.

We should try to get a Harblaugh to coach...
Let's rate the other coaches that have 20 years with the same team
Have won 17 Division Titles
Have Won 10 AFCCG
Have been to 10 Super Bowls (50% of career)
Have won 6 Super Bowls (30% of career)

Other coaches = 0, none, zero, nada, zilch

I'll stick with Mr. Happy

The biggest problem with Bill Belichick is that he has set the bar so high that he even hastrouble reaching it every year.

May I add 13 AFCCG appearances with 8 straight from 2011 - 2018.
Closest to that is Oakland appeared 4 times straight in the mid '70s and Buffalo 4 times straight in the early '90s.

Miami has been getting better draft pick positions for last 20 years. Maybe start looking for fault there 1st.....

Well, it's not all about draft position or rank, Tom Brady vs Ryan Leaf not withstanding, but coaching the best play out of the players.
Hence, how many SB's would Peyton have won if he were in New England? How many would Tom have won if he were saddled with carrying a bad defense in Indy his first few years?

Thumbs up on your footer. I just noticed it.... But BK gets an assist for providing the "pulling rabbits" line for me to manipulate.

Looks like we'll get the answer to your Tom Brady question soon enough.
