Amen to that. See link above - a stroll down memory lane ( disregard # 15 for now - this was written last April). Let's see - most likely at worst we can view this offseason as a success due to the following:

- Acquiring SM as GM
- Top notch 1st rd pick that satisfies a need
- Actually having more than the allotted number of draft picks
- Not sacrificing future draft picks
- Not overpaying for a bunch of big name, overpriced free agents

Everything else should be gravy. So far - so good - let's hope that the team continues to move in the right direction.
