I still enjoy listening to Gruden for some reason. I like the dude. I like his sense of humor.

I like Dilfer when he breaks down quarterbacks (H.S. QBs that is). He was one of the first to witness Cam Newton's workout and came away impressed and then announced to the world that Cam was going to be a stud in the league.
