Asian Basa is a catfish
Pacific Red Snapper are Sea Bass
lobsters are crayfish (NE lobster are lobster)
Atlantic Salmon are Char
Dolphin are not dolphins
Black Sea Bass are Grouper
Barramundi are Sea Bass
Chilean Sea Bass are Toothfish

Spot on the only one I never heard was Toothfish.

I was merely listing the FDA as a "categorizer" and not the end all authority. Again, I was curious so I hit Google and that's what returned.

Where did any reference to fish farming come into this. Commercial fishing just means "fishing for money". I completely agree with your sentiment and think only things like shellfish if they are in an environment with food they normally eat.
