Agreed. I was surprised to hear that we lead the national league in runs scored per game. We all knew the offense would be fine. If our pitching can surrender 3 or less in the majority of their starts, we should remain competitive against any team.

I didn't watch most of Webster's outing. I caught the game from the 6th inning on. Like Ray, if he can harness his control, it looks like he can pitch in the big league.

And in case anyone didn't know, Atlanta recently released Cahill. We saved $5+ mil & basically traded a 2nd round comp pick for Victor Reyes. So far, Reyes has looked pretty good.

I think a little of both. Giants have now lost 8 straight at home for the first time since like 1993

Amazing sweep by the Diamondbacks. Shocking. Winning low scoring games too. Beating Bumgarner 1-0 is awesome. Funniest thing is that Webster and De La Rosa won yesterday and today respectively while Wade Miley has had a bad season and just recently got into a heated shouting match with his manager in the dugout.
