Miggy out for the season, fun times!
Biceps rupture. WTF, how do you do that?
RIP Miggy for that awful contract. Get Stewart up now you.
Unless we get lucky and Victor retires before then.
I'm sorry, but what the fuck does the team benefit from playing that old fuck anyways? Just cut his old ass and those bionic legs already.

I feel bad for Gardy this season. He has done an admirable job despite all the shit he's had to deal with on this rebuilding team.
32- 37 is better than the Tigers expected. They have more young guys in minors who are playing well and some will get a chance in the summer. No big hurry still a work in progress. Maybe further along that expected.....
Probable starting pitchers: RHP Michael Fulmer (2-5, 4.40 ERA) vs. RHP Lance Lynn (4-4, 5.08 ERA).

They are clearly letting younger guys play everyday in the minors with the end of a run finishing out in Detroit.
I hear ya. But unless he gets hurt, he'll finish the season. Or if they pay his contract and send him to somebody for a minor leaguer with a drug problem or rift with the organization.
Victor is a good dude. Mr. I honored the contracts of everybody who came to work and gave their all. And i bet Victor was one of his favorites.
For such a drop off in talent, they really do deserve praise.
They suck, but they don't quit.
Definitely exceeding my expectations. I predicted them to finish more than 30 games under .500 (65-97). Well, we're 70 games in, and they're only 4 games under break-even.
I still don't feel the bullpen can hold up through season's end with its current workload, but we shall see.
I still hope for under 70 wins.
They've got some nice starting pitching from guys when healthy also. And those guys need to be traded, when healthy. With no real help available from Toledo, that will catch up to them.
Matt Boyd is a starting pitcher after all. Maybe my favorite surprise of the season.
Starting pitchers: Tigers RHP Mike Fiers (5-3, 4.01 ERA) vs. White Sox RHP Reynaldo Lopez (2-4, 3.26 ERA).

Was that stat I saw on FSD correct... Vmart came into the game hitting .156 with RISP? Yeeesh.
On the road today. Caught the game on the radio. Another typical Tiger victory. Getting close to 500.....
