Maybe if the Red Sox would swing at 2-strike pitches that are anywhere near the strike zone they wouldn't be chirping about so many called 3rd strike punch outs.

The Whiney Bunch Red Sox strikes again!

They sure have done a lot of whining about strikes the whole series. Every one where they've shown the graphic has caught at least part of the box.

Remember how much I liked Maggs play it safe style? I like it outta Torii too. (Even diminished, Torii is WAAAY better, just reminded me of the same safe approach)

Especially when Torii still has the gun. I know the man wants to catch everything hit but that was the right call.

Gotta love those Magglio slides and hair flapping in the wind memories out there in RF.

His pre-game interview on the radio made me laugh. And made me realize that somebody, if not Leyland himself is listening/reading. He was real defensive that his changes weren't due to fan pressure or any other outside influence. Whatever SmokeChops, I'm just glad you shook things up(slid things up).

I loved Maggs buttslides,....... good times! Torii's arm is still super impressive. He's clearly not the same outfielder, but that arm of his is great!
