We wouldnt be going to boston if jhonny was left off the roster....just sayin...

Gonna be a nerve racking series....boston fouls off alot of pitches....will work our pitchers pitch counts...but i believe the offense will hit in fenway....might come down to our bullpen....would like to see our pitchers pitch to contact and go deep in these games.

Just in. Back to the game 3 and 4 lineups with Iggy at SS and jhonny in LF for game 1 in Boston. Not sure if it is due to a smaller LF or sanchez on the mound.

I know we are all expecting a World Series and nothing else.. But if the Tigers lose this series because of the BP alone I wouldn't be as upset.. In other words, if the SP played to their potential and the offense was consistent and ONLY the BP being the reason they lose this series. I would only blame the relievers and them alone..

Yeah, people said he wouldn't hit for much when we got him, but he did so well for quite for so long I hadn't noticed how much he's been struggling recently.

Wouldnt LF in boston be easier since there isnt much ground to cover? I understand the difficulty comes from hits off the wall. If a lefty is on the mound, jhonny will be in left. Isnt lester pitching game one?

I don't know. Jhonny knows short. Letting one through will only cost you a single. Chasing one around in left could cost you a lot more.
