Awesome job JV!! Very good to see miggy pull one into the wind, could be a great sign for the boston series. The tigers wont have a chance if their bats dont heat up.

Anybody know the rotation yet? Seems like it should be Sanchez, Max, JV, Dougie. Seems like Max should be ready to go by tomorrow but I'm not sure how many pitches he threw Tuesday.

They are going with Sanchez on Saturday, Max on Sunday. Not announced yet, but JV is certain to start Game 3.

Umpiring crews announced. Drum role please. crew chief is the one and only Country Joe west. He will be behind the plate in games 1 and 7. Gotta love the whole union thing. he can't possibly be the chief based on performance, must be seniority. His crew includes Dale Scott, Rob Drake, Dan Iassogna, Ron Kulpa and Alfonso Marquez. None of these guys are the ones that ejected Cabby ( and JL) for balls and strikes.
