I was like "what the fuck?" when I saw that at the game. I thought perhaps I had a few too many and thought it wasn't really Healy, but he actually did lay down a good one if I recall correctly. He just didn't have the athleticism to run it out. Still don't know where that came from. My three friends I went to the game with don't know shit about baseball, and had to explain why I was so surprised.

The third baseman was playing way back so Healy was trying to sneak one but it didn’t go far enough. I’d rather see him hit there, but understand what he was trying to do.

That was one of the funnest games to watch all year. My wife even called it, she said early in the game don’t worry cause late in the game we will pull it out and we did. This team, beyond their obvious flaws, has as much grit and want to than I have seen on a Mariners team in a long time. I just hope that win can spark some momentum because these close games against crap teams needs to stop.

It looked like Zunino took some frustration out because they were running on him all damn game.

The third baseman was playing way back so Healy was trying to sneak one but it didn’t go far enough. I’d rather see him hit there, but understand what he was trying to do.

But even if he gets on with the bunt, it would take 2 more hits before getting 2 more outs with the bottom of the order coming up. It made zero sense and I hope I never see that again. Even Gordon has a low percentage of getting on with the bunt, Healy has no chance and it doesn't solve anything. Swing away dude.

That to me was an Ace performance. Went the distance, didn't have his best stuff but competed, and was in control the whole game. Gave up 1 legit hit (home run) and the other two were freak hits. Good for Paxton.
