Ya, got hurt 4 times since then and hadn't pitched in majors since 2015. 3 of his injuries were during rehab assignments while trying to come back from a different injury each time. Guy had no luck.

He pitched really well today. Don't know if you were watching. Think he topped out at 96 or so and had good control.

Every single pitch that Greene threw was down and outside. I don't think he deviated from that once. Mariners coaching staff should've picked up on that.

Shit evens out for mediocre baseball teams. We won a bunch of 1 run games in April where the bullpen held down the fort. You could tell it wasn’t sustainable

If losing Cano makes this offense pathetic then Jerry needs to be canned right now. He built the entire franchise around the offense, not just one great hitter. The Mariners lost Junior for nearly as long as Cano and that offense didn't have nearly the talent this team does and had the season that saved baseball.

We will have to see it play out. But losing Cano drastically changes the lineup. Suddenly they are very right handed and we aren’t dealing with the best versions of Cruz or Seagar right now. Zunino also looks lost again.

To me, that makes Jerry even worse. Cano isn't a threat on the bases so not like Cano protects Cruz or Seager. Being righty heavy isn't terrible, most specialists are LHP anyways. Losing Cano means they won't be as good as advertised but not like the offenses they rolled out like when Felix was an ace. This team is better than the 95 M's, Cano isn't close to the player Junior was. The M's survived missing him, this team should be able to survive losing Cano. Just my opinion though, maybe I just dislike Jerry so much I'm putting blame on him.

No I get it. This offense is better. I’m not a huge a Dipoto fan either. I’ll admit this Cano thing is just gonna piss me off for awhile. I still do love the two guys at the top of the order so they should hopefully be able to ignite the middle portion.

Steroids or PED's don't bug me in the least because they are great to recover and is legal with a prescription. But I understand people who are pissed off with it. O may be in the minority on this but Cano got paid, so in a round about way he was using trying to help the M's win instead of doing it for selfish reasons unlike guys who noone cares about they used like David Ortiz.
