I hate that it's a penalty, but you have to call that roughing the passer. Contact to the head makes it a penalty period. When you start trying to interpret what contact warrants a penalty and what doesn't. then it makes it tougher on the refs and there is less consistency. Clear cut rules make for better enforcement.

Anyone who thinks the Packers can win with Flynn is nuts. Rodgers carries this team and any Packer fan more than knows that. I'd take a hobbling Rodgers over a healthy Flynn. Flynn has no pocket awareness. The coaches knew we needed to win this so Rodgers could sit out a week to hope to heal.

True... though I personally think that Green Bay will be much better off with Rodgers healthy... I would consider the risk of him aggravating the injury beyond a 2-week full repair too great...
