Infielder in the 70's and 80's. Not a great defender.
One of the best pure hitters around, always a threat to win a batting title.
Finished with a .305 lifetime batting average. Not a power hitter, but could rack up some doubles and 12-15 HRs a year.
Played 15 seasons with 5 teams but usually missed some time to injuries.
Received MVP votes 6 different seasons, just 2 All Star appearances (tough competition). Won 1 World Series with a National League team.
