We could do another golf draft? I never got to the participate in the first one. We could make some restrictions on this one.

OR

We could just do another NFL. NFL with Phases (like Nos’ idea) but say we have 12 phases...we have 4 groups of related phases (3 phases in each group). We add specific caps for those groups.

So say $25 per group and you can divide the 3 phases/players out as long as they fit under that salary.
