Possession and giving false information. All he had was a quarter.
Apparently he is listed with the online roster, but hasn't been with the team officially since the Sugar Bowl loss.
Though he's still listed on the online roster, the university released a statement saying Hart hasn't been with the program since the Sugar Bowl loss to Oklahoma in January.
And apparently, may have had counterfeit money, they were actually picking him up to question him about that. (Must be Saban's new way of paying players and avoiding NCAA sanctions.
