There was one player I had ranked higher then Tryon with my last pick for Miami, but EDGE is a big need for Miami and I already drafted the position that my guy rated higher plays... So overall was pretty happy to get my 2nd rated guy at a position of need for Miami.

Mayfield who just went to Indy was the guy I was talking about.

I don't think Mayfield will ever be an elite, top notch OT but I think the guy will be solid for years to come. He is ready to start right away... Not the quickest feet or best tools, but overall well polished.

I feel like you played the draft quite well to still get a high upside Edge while still getting what you felt like BPAs with your other picks.

Agree. First thing that came to my mind when Tryon was still on the board... At 18 I really had hoped to go EDGE, but the value was with Darrisaw so at the end of the day it worked out really well for the exact reasons you just stated. Early in Round 2. I really wanted to take Harris or Etienne knowing neither would be there and unlikely Williams was there with the 2nd, 2nd rounder.... I thought about a few EDGE rushers there but the value wasn't jumping out at me and I really didn't think Tryon would make it back to me but he did.. So I think the cards have fallen in my favor when drafting for Miami this year... No regrets after how it has fallen for me.

Seeing what is possible for Miami is pretty scary.

AFC East is going to be brutal next year imo.

Rams are running out of time. 3 or 4 really good names for them at this point that are commonly mocked to them are still on the board.

Pretty good pace yesterday! Hopefully the Rams guy will be better next time. He refuses to send me a number to text him when he is on the clock, but that is ok as long as he is faster next time. :)

Love the last few picks. Dyami Brown has always been a personal love of mine since his recruiting days at North Carolina. He gives the Browns a deep threat and an exciting threat to open some things across the middle. Something the Browns really need with Odell's future possibly up in the air there. Seems like every year no matter where Odell is at he is being rumored in a trade.

NIxon is good value at the end of Round 2... A guy who exploded for Iowa this year and showed very good athletic ability for his size. He really came on this year. At one point some had considered him a top 10 pick (Too high for him) but the upside is there and he really came on this year to show what he is capable of. Maybe a little too much hype directly after the season but end of Round 2 you run to the bank with him.

Elijah Molden is another pick I meant to hit on. It will be interesting how high he goes in the real draft. A guy who seems to be rising every week. A guy I have seen in first round talk. I don't have him quite that high but I love the value where he was taken. He is one of the top nickel cover CB's in this draft.

A lot of value at CB in late Round 2.

Agreed. I hadn't planned on going this direction but two of the players I was targeting were drafted earlier than I expected and 1 bombed their pro day. That left me with Joseph who admittedly isnt the most polished prospect but I have to admit that Daniel Jeremiah mocking him to the Chiefs in rd1 certainly makes him attractive in rd2.

I was hedging between 4-5 players at my pick, and two of them went immediately after lol.

With my first round pick, I was picking between Cosmi, Toney, Jamin Davis, and Leatherwood. I had Davis as my BPA and he fell pretty far.

The Browns are looking to trade up to late 2nd or early 3rd. They have 2 3rd’s and 2 4th’s as possible trade assets

Love Alim McNeill.

Always squared up and pushing into the backfield. Seen him split double teams and he moves well laterally for a 300 pounder. His power isn't fully developed yet which gives him a pretty high ceiling.

I was hoping he'd be there in a few more picks.

I think you generally like NC State DT's... Didn't you like McTelvin Agim a lot last year?

Sadly my 3rd rounder was my toughest pick to decide upon. Wanted to fill a position of dire need but think I can do that in Round 4 still. Had a lot of value here and Jaguars can use a lot of help.

I suspect Humphrey will going earlier, irl. Dickerson's injuries probably push him back a bit. Center isnt really a position to grab a boom/bust guy imo so Humphrey is probably firmly rd2 for me. I just didnt take him on the Chiefs because they signed someone in FA
