Jets are in a lose lose situation with this pick. And in real life they should absolutely trade this pick. Unless they are totally confident that one of those qbs will be a franchise qb. They can not afford to be wrong again. Not with this team that has so many other holes.

This pick is a no brainer in real life to me. The Jets should be running to the podium.

In my opinion the Jets have the easiest pick of the draft at #2 and Jacksonville has the second easiest pick of the draft at #1.

Yeah, any mock draft really starts at pick 3 this year imo. I do think Darnold has a future in the NFL, though, but he is going to have to earn that big contract because there is a good chance that future is 'interesting backup'

I know I had Arizona a few years back and I didn't pull the trigger on Kyler Murray because I didn't think Rosen was given much of a chance. That mock is probably the worst one I've ever done for team.

I guess that’s true. Still hope the jets trade that pick. Not excited for a new qb when that qb is not seen to be an elite talent. But for these mocks. Trades don’t ever make sense because you are never going to get correct value. So I guess I will go Zach Wilson like the chalk says I should.

Almost went Pitts or sewell… But whats the fun of these mocks if you are going with picks that would never be made... Jets will either take a QB or trade the pick... I hope they do trade...

wouldn't be frustrating if they didn't choke and got Lawrence... But seems like all these other QBs have an upside to be a middle of the road QB... that's not what you want.... especially with the 2 pick...

Falcons and Panthers trade makes a ton of sense to me. The question will be will it happen in the real NFL? Will the Falcons allow the Panthers to get the QB they want when they play in same division? Will be interesting!

Love Sewell. I am pretty surprised at some of the bigger name draft guru's who have him sliding to the 8-13 range. Sewell is a guy who I figured going into this year before he opted out that in a draft weak at QB, he would be worthy of the #1 overall pick. He is sliding a bit though, part of it has to do with how top heavy this draft is though.
