Tommy Togiai is a steal at this point in the draft

I have a pretty good memory so I thought he was still there but I had to double check incase I missed something there. Was happy to get him there.

I can’t find OL value in this draft to save my life.

Everyone went hard on OL picks early, drained a lot of talent...
I said it myself that the guy I picked at the end of rd1 I had a 2nd round grade on. Packers, Chiefs, and Bills for as good as they are all had oline issues down the stretch imo and it showed.

The Bills brought their FA OL back, so their situation is a little different though. They will definitely look to upgrade, but they have time at center and are solid at LT, so the other guys can often be had cheaper in the draft (and are likely to start as depth unless drafted early).

My view on how teams should attack the draft is very different than how real NFL teams go at it.... Real NFL teams have a delusion that they can compete if they get get one more good player... sure that is true for some teams... But it is not true for others...

So how I attack the draft for ALL teams...

Defense should not be actively focused on unless:

1. you are already a good team, and you just need to improve defense to become a playoff contender
2. Your defense is already a strength and the reason your team is good..
3. there is a single player that fell to you that was just impossible to pass on

Really, those are the only three reasons to ever draft defense...

if you don't fit any of those scenarios, you should be drafting an offensive player...

and IMO there is no such thing as too many offensive lineman...

Well, there are roster limits lol.

not really... not every player drafted gets to play for the team... and there are other ways to make the team besides just being drafted... Many undrafted players find roles on NFL teams...

My point is that a team is only going to carry so many O-linemen.

I think I've addressed my primary wants for Atlanta. I know lots of people think our OL needs help but personally I think its pretty solid and only suffers from 2 things

A. Our lack of quality RB ( which I addressed with Harris)

And

B. Ryan holds the ball. Preferring a sack to an int.

When you can't run and the D can pin their ears back and you have a QB prone to holding the ball you're going to have more sacks

But Ryan actually had the 2nd most time to throw in the league last year

I really don't like Bledsoe as a pro prospect. He has no value in coverage at all.
