He wasn't violating any Terms Of Agreement by not shutting up and letting it go. So, in the absence of evidence that clearly points to a TOS violation, it shows the banning to be arbitrary and personal. And, it could happen to any of us at any given time.

And at the same time as he banned someone who didn't have a real TOS violation, he reinstated someone who at the time seemingly did
