David Shaw and Stanford Cardinals questions

Is David Shaw really a good coach? Or will he be simular to Jim Caldwell who coaches the Indianapolis Colts. Caldwell is showing his true colors since Peyton went down, he went to Super Bowl with Dungy's guys.

Is David Shaw only winning because those are actually Harbaughs guys or is he going to turn out to be a great coach?

Im african american also so im not bias, just want to know your thoughts.

As a Stanford fan I like how he calls a game and game plans. I think he will do a good job as a head coach. Not as good as Harbaugh yet, but he has the potential to be just as good in time.
