I get what you're saying but it's never been done for a reason.

Giannis is technically a big too. I mean he is what 6’11”. So Giannis and KD wouldnt really count as small ball. Lebron would, probably would be playing the 4 or 5

Yeah, at some point you have to be able to defend the paint and get rebounds. The Rockets could do neither.

A team doesn't even have to win the rebounding battle or even excel at defending in the paint...but they can't get destroyed on the boards and they have to be able to make a team work a little to get their points in the paint.

Yes I just think you would always run into someone who is going to exploit you over the course of the playoffs.

Bigs are getting better and better at hitting the deep ball I don't see any upside to going without one.

It hasn’t been attempted up until now.

But the league has changed a hell of a lot over the last few years. Guards are more important than ever, bigs are less important than ever.

With the direction the game is moving and the way most teams play, I do think it possible.

You can’t just go by height, you got to go by skill set.
