This is why the SO needs to be gone over again. Technically the puck is supposed to continually move forward and I agree with a lot of your guys' statements. There have been "legal" spin-o-rama SO goals where the puck never stops or moves backwards in any way. However most do come to a minimal stop and in some cases move backwards. Too much grey area in this league.
