That call was BS. I'm not saying Dallas wins but centers move the on nearly every play.
I think had Dallas made the kick, Skins would have won in overtime or the game ends in a tie. Dallas didn't do squat on offense until the skins defense played soft trying to protect the lead.

A 50-50 shot at the game anyway. Terrible call. That and our coaching. With 12 seconds and a T.O., Washington would have defended the end zone and sidelines, Dallas could have had an easy 8-10 yard completion over the middle to make the kick easier than a 47(52) yarder for a rookie kicker. As in the Houston game when we don't go for it on 4th and one with Zeke in the backfield, JG still can't find a ball sack

But there was also the mind numbing play where Smith ran out of bounds on third down saving a TO that Dallas would have had to use. I have no idea what a 14 year vet was thinking when he did that. The difference in the game was the Kerrigan sack fumble for a TD, without that the Skins lose.
