The biggest problem in this league is being able to hold on to prospects long enough for them to become good because of the extremely small rosters for a dynasty league. All it takes is bye week hell or a few injuries that don't land guys on IR and you have to start dropping guys you really didn't want to just to field a team.

Maybe the key is to always roster 3 or 4 droppable players.

It's not that, it's that he's probably not going to start for a few years, so like I said it's really hard to keep those kinds of guys on your roster long enough because you will inevitably have to decide whether a guy that has no chance of helping you this year is worth taking up a roster spot when you could roster somebody that might be able to help you now. It's much easier to do that in dynasty leagues with larger rosters.
