I have an ex employee who teaches at a Christian school in Dallas where Ware's kids go to school. Before the SB they had a wear Orange day for the Broncos. She's also a huge fan of the family.

D. Ware I am hoping gets some kind of job with the Broncos after he retires .

Hate that we keep getting some of these guys at the very end of their career and only get to enjoy them for a few years. All I keep hearing about Ware is just the positive impact he has made on the team and in the community. I mean he would wait after practice to work with the younger players. Heck Barrett credits him and Von quite a bit for his turnaround from being an UDFA guy to being a star for us this year. I mean taking a practice squad guy under your wing should just show how much he loves this game and cares for his teammates.

I'm just glad to really get to see him. I live in Texas but pretty much ignore Cowboy's news. So I knew Ware was a great player, but this whole person dimension to what Ware is affects so many of his teammates.

Ware had about 1/3 of the snaps last season, but happened to be there for about 1/2 of the big plays.
