Geep Chryst is available. Not sure how many OCs with experience that are any good are available or fits with ChipSomeone with experience as an OC, say at least one game?

Yea he is. Palmer is struggling right nowI'll bet Bellichick is kicking himself now for not taking those two chip shot field goals in the 4th quarter and instead going for it on 4th down. You rarely see Belichick bungle a game this badly.
Chip took over personnel control in Philly. He isn't going to have that control here nor will he ever. It will be interesting to see how the offense goes. Everyone is assuming that the team is going to try and run that fast paced office all the time but we really don't know what the plan is. They could put the brakes on that a bit.

If Kelly learned anything from Philadelphia, then hopefully he won't try to run the fast paced offense constantly. Let's see if he checked his ego at the door. He mentioned his offense ranked 2nd in 2013, 5th in 2014 and 12th in 2015, but the defense have been atrocious. The Eagles' defense was worse than the Niners' in 2015. So lets hope and pray that he changes his ways.
I don't have an issue with running the offense with some pace but you probably shouldn't be getting plays off 2 to 3 seconds faster then anyone else in the league.
...and making the defense work that much harder.Especially when you don't have the players to make that offense work. With the 49ers, all you'd be doing is going 3 and out 6 to 9 seconds faster.
And now we find its a defense that will be coordinated by Jim O'Neill of the Browns? The Browns? Good lord, talk about the bottom of the barrel. Weren't they last or second to last in the league in defense?...and making the defense work that much harder.

This is the second year in a row where the 49ers could not get any decent coordinators to return their calls.I believe they were ranked 27th in total defense last season and the Niners were ranked 29th. So I guess you can call that an upgrade. On the other hand, the Browns allowed 27.0 ppg, while the Niners allowed 24.2 ppg.
