Easton has a wider sweet spot, so it's more forgiving. The Combat has a smaller sweet spot, which makes it feel more end loaded than balanced, but it's more explosive when you square it up
Talking to college coaches, for a hitter, the #1 thing they look for is a guy that can hit the ball to the opposite field. You get a guy that is hitting what would be 400' pull shots and they yawn....because all good hitters can do that.
