Also, when there's scoring because a pitcher walks guys, that's not fun for me. That's just bad pitching.

This Carl Edwards vs. Yu Darvish AB is an example of that. Darvish got in Edwards head, and Edwards couldn't throw a strike. Not even close.

I could be wrong on this statistic, but they’ve had 1 rest day in the last 46 or 47 days. What’s the Rockies case?

I'm guessing it's pretty close. Rockies had to play a game 163 too but they also had to fly to L.A. and to Chicago. Jet lag is a bitch.

I would venture that if they want to win this game, they need to play like they aren't tired.

No, it’s not even close. I’m not complaining. That’s the way it is. I’ve been saying the cubs weren’t going to do anything unless they won the division outright. They had to sweep the cards, and they didn’t.

From these teams, Blackmon, Story, Cishek, and Oh were on my fantasy team.

Ohtani, as a hitter, was my favorite player though. I picked him up after that first game, maybe 2nd game.

I wouldnt have pulled Freeman. I would have let him finish the inning.

It’s post season

The time of over managing your pitching.

It’s become an epidemic the last few years

Yeah in the last two months, the Cubs have had 3 days off and the Rockies 5. Not a huge difference when you consider two full months. With two plane rides, we'll call it a wash.

If the Rockies had just beat the Nats on Saturday night, they'd be sitting at home watching all this.

Nonetheless, exciting game!

Should have left Freeman in. I HATE it when a manager pulls a starter early especially when he is on a roll and he is not even in trouble.

Unfortunately Brian Snitker is the worlds worst at this.
