Well that sucks. Hoping and praying for the best. And its good that he's got the right attitude. I knew a guy that had the same diagnosis and lived 2 years past that. Those 2 years weren't all bed-ridden either. Sure he still had treatments but he got to do all sorts of things (events, games, vacations) with friends and family. He didn't really show the worst of it till the final 3 to 4 weeks of his life. The will to live can be just as powerful as any medication
