Crabtree needs to work on the routes, and timing they will be ever so different with the WCO. I wish that Vernon was getting more action as well. Probably taking some precations thats all right.

Remember how effective Brent Jones was?? Hopefully the WCO will do the same for Davis.

I think we keep five WRs (pretty obvious which ones, but Edwards, Crabtree, Morgan, Ginn, Williams) and three TEs. Byham is on IR, so we've still got him in the mix for next year. Keep 1-2 WRs on the PS.

Re: RBs, I agree that we keep 3 RBs and one FB. I think this is the year Norris finally gets the boot. He's one-dimensional, doesn't do much on STs, and isn't even a great blocker at this point. I think Miller gets the nod.

Agreed, with the TEs, as talented as they are, onboard, 5 WRs should be enough pending, knock on wood, injuries.I agree that Crabtree should excel in the new system we're trying to implement but he needs to practice and get his work/timing on with the QBs... His hands are actually quite solid.

:drink:

agree with you both, with a little emphasis on TE's, five seems enough?

Norris had a couple of GREAT blocks against the Raiders. That said, I agree. Bruce Miller is just a lot more versatile at this point.

Crabby finally got that hang nail taken care of huh? Good. Now it won't get in the way of his pom poms.

on one hand we're on his case for 'dogging it', granted not 100% proven he is? yet, i prefer he gets 100% healthly before getting back in the mix. rather he stay out now so he doesn't re-injure during or continue the season with a nagging injury.

There wasn't really a lot of substance to that post; I was just berating Crabtree 'cause he's a punk.

maybe so and IMO we'll really find out this season, don't see him getting as much opportunities?
