Sorry I don't agree. Line penalties are penalties caused by lack of concentration. Moss saw Cousins drop back to the shotgun and moved, the Garcon penalty after that was a bad call and Monty forgot or anticipated the snap call. What didn't the coach do? Yell CONCENTRATE more during the week.
