I don't think 9-11 is even possible.
Never mind, I see it's 9 OR 11 wins.

7-9. Weak offensive line and running game. Change in defensive scheme will likely have it's growing pains. Garrett isn't going to be around much longer. Can't necessarily blame him though, he's undermined and really has very limited authority on this team. And until Jones takes himself out of the equation, the Cowboys will struggle to have success.
I didn't say at every position, but LB I would say we do or we're close to being even. Even at WR I would give the edge to Wash. Miles aint half the reciever he was when he got his mega-contract and Williams hasn't played a regular season game. Just because you have Dez doesn't make a team. That little Welker type clone you have can't remember his name hasn't really done anything that Aldrick Robinson our 5th WR hasn't done. You have us at Corner by far but most teams do at this point in time. Our defensive line has looked great this preseason and our OL who remains healthy is far better than yours. I know you love your team but you have to reason here.
Until your starters can remain healthy which is a big question mark I have to guess another 8 and 8/ or 7 and 9 season. Possible stretch for a 9 and 7. Your schedule is softer than ours so that may help keep you in the mix as I think no team in division will run away with anything. You guys just don't have the depth that the Skins have to keep you afloat when things start breaking down. Not being a typical Redskin fan I just believe this to be true. I'm not banking on Giants or Eagles to win division. I believe it will be one of our two teams even with a 9 and 7 record.
I think this is a pretty fair assessment. I also give the skins an small edge at QB, but to add to yours. you guys have a better back up then us if a nightmare falls on our starters. (IMO)I love the NFCE. I think that it is truly the best rivals in the NFL. This year the NFCE is going to come down to that last two games of the season and they are against each other.
Dallas vs Washington (based on no key injuries)
Offense
QB-Wash(small edge). My reasoning is that RG3 has more of an upside then Romo. Romo will get his numbers, but he has been doing this for Years. If RG3 has all of his weapons this year he will have a far better season and with his running ability, he opens the deep ball with out needing a great running attack.
RB-Wash. Morris and Helu are a better 1-2 punch then Murray and Dunbar. The Oline opens holes and will be in their second year together.
WR-DAL(small edge). Dal has Dez and Miles then there is a big drop off in production. Wash had to use all their receivers last year do to injuries witch I feel will give them lots of options this year.
TE-DAL(small edge). Witten is another year older and gets used a lot and again it is a big drop off in that position. Davis should have a career year and we have 3 TE's that would play on just about any team.
OL-PUSH- Both lines have issues. Wash has the ability to have a second full year with the same line and they are healthy again this year. The running attack helps us out along with a mobile QB. Dal running attack will have to show up early because if teams can just send a rush they will be in trouble.
Defense
Front 7-Dal(small edge)(lumping together due to different schemes)-the only reason I give it a small edge is I think Rak and Kerrigan will make for a great watch. Ware and SPencer will have to adjust to being more heads up on the Tackles and I feel they will handle it quite well. Lee and Fletcher are some of the best in the game. This is going to be fun games to watch this year.
CB-Dal. Wash has too many ?? at this time. By week 6 this could be totally different.
S-Dal(small edge). I think our young guys will step it up and it will be closer then people think it will.
Overall-Too close to call. I thing the X-factor in RG3 gives us an edge head to head. Week 6 is going to fun to watch.
Here are my views on this rivalry.
