It happened because we dominated the USC OL. Darnold played the entire game having to constantly move around and dodge OSU defenders. That's not a reflection of his intelligence.
His inability to read defenses is.

He's not a pedo fanJust one of many missed calls. But Noooo I get it steeler fan most likely a penn st. Pulling for a conference win. Not saying they win but all these missed calls you put them all together and they continue down the field. After this missed PI they get a sack. So yeah you are right not dominating but think they’ve get back in the game.
Show me one change they made; just one. Either blocking scheme or passing scheme. I'll wait.Dude, you seriously have a problem with the staff, you either don’t understand football or one of that staff were fucking your daughter, they can make all the changes they want, but if you don’t execute you don’t succeed.
The OL play for USC was horrible last night, but let’s also give credit to OSU D too.....

Can't do it huh? That's because it didn't happen.Really, you also have serious reading comprehension problem
To be honest the Ohio State QB didn't look much better.Darnold looks like that shitheel kid from Incredibles. He’s worthless.

But we knew coming in that he sucked. Darnold was supposed to be the second coming. To be honest the Ohio State QB didn't look much better.
Stop whining. I gave you the scenario in the coaches room in post # 787 of this thread. It was pretty close I bet.Oh, I see you want me to show you a video of the OL coach on the side lines with a chalk board showing the OL what adjustments that need to be made, but according to you he didn’t suggest any and instead was playing a game of cards with the OL while the SC D was on the field.
You’re a fucking IDiOT that you can’t see it didn’t matter what happened, SC OL got owned last night and had nothing to do with a adjustments, how about talent?
There was nothing wrong with USC's offense last night (413 total offense). Darnold had 356 yards passing, he just needs to learn not to fumble the friggin ball.I give you the USC coaches office the day of Bowl selection a month ago; not six days, not a week a MONTH!.
Helton: "OSU has some great All American type D Linemen. I want you guys to design something to counter that"
Staff: "Got it coach"
OC: " Hey O Line coach, what can we do"?
O Line Coach: "I've got it, we'll block those 300 pound monsters with our 230 pound tight end who we brought in specifically for pass receiving. But he was 5 star so he can block a guy easily 80 pounds heavier than him"
OC: "Great Idea. That will work for sure and even if it doesn't we'll just keep trying the same thing until it does work". "Let me run it by Helton"
OC: "Hey coach Helton, we'll block the D Line with our Tight Ends; what do you think?"
Helton: "Duuuuh"
OC goes back to the coaches room:
O Line Coach: "What did Helton say?"
OC: "Same thing he always says....duuuuh"
O Line Coach: "Should we develop a back up plan in case this doesn't work"?
OC: "Nah it'll work for sure. if it doesn't, like I said, we'll just keep trying it until it does" "We can take the rest of the month off"
Flash forward to game day:
OC: "Coach Helton, this plan isn't working, what should we do?"
Helton: "Duuuuh"
You know the rest of the story.
Read my comment #791.But we knew coming in that he sucked. Darnold was supposed to be the second coming.
What? LOL! What game were you watching? if it was the Cotton Bowl, you need to watch it without the Cardinal and Gold colored lenses you view this team through. There was nothing wrong with USC's offense last night (413 total offense). Darnold had 356 yards passing, he just needs to learn not to fumble the friggin ball.
I did. I read it three times hoping that I was mis-reading it somehow. Alas I wasn't.Read my comment #791.
Also USC had 34,56 TOP, OSU had 25.04 TOP. The bottom line was that the Buckeyes took advantage of 4 USC turnovers and won the game.I did. I read it three times hoping that I was mis-reading it somehow. Alas I wasn't.
Read my comment #791 again!!!!!!What? LOL! What game were you watching? if it was the Cotton Bowl, you need to watch it without the Cardinal and Gold colored lenses you view this team through.

I looked at the stats of the game and USC's offense wasn't all that bad. What? LOL! What game were you watching? if it was the Cotton Bowl, you need to watch it without the Cardinal and Gold colored lenses you view this team through.

USC's T.O.P. was 34.56, compared to OSU's 25.04. Since you brought up Hill fumble, I will bring up USC's 4 turnovers that led to 21 Buckeye points. There was a lot wrong w/the USC offense last night. 356 yards of passing doesn't even begin to tell the story of what happened. No sustained drives due to the defense tightening up when needed. If not for dumb fuck hill fumbling the punt, USC was basically shut out. If OSU had a QB that could be trusted to throw the ball, they would have beat USC worse than they did Wisconsin a few years ago.
