He's basically abandoned his first child and though his lawyers, is trying to claim he's a resident of Texas, instead of Florida where he obviously works and lives, to pay the least amount of child support. Texas has some of the tightest child support rules in the US, so he just got his accountants to make it appear he filed his taxes from Texas recently.

He then tried to sue her in Los Angeles court to block her from appearing on an episode of Basketball Wives in fear she'd spill the beans about him.

The guy makes 19 mil a year in just base salary.

What a guy.
