Agreed, but now he has to start and play entire games. That is a whole different animal than coming in late in a game.

Far as the OP's question goes. I'll answer like this. I feel more confident in Colt than I do Smith.

What really worries me is how long does Colt have till he gets knocked out the box (injured)

Colt is a vet he can win games. IF we beat Dallas Thursday we should be in great position to win the division. Assuming the Eagles lose today they still have to play the Texans and Rams, plus us twice.

Confidence in Colt 3.5 to 4 on the scale. Leaning more towards the 3.5 than the whole 4 which IMO would be a stretch. Yeah that half point means that much to me!

Sty, I'll go slightly higher with a 5 but I don't look for a win for us on Thanksgiving Day. Hopefully I will get a pleasant surprise while I try to digest too much turkey.

I believe Colt gives us a better chance of winning than Smith would have, just adds a spark. I'm just worried about what this does to our cap, we are screwed. Nice job Bruce.

Smith was a colossal disappoint. I'll man up and take my lumps. Colt might make some mistakes, but should keep defenses on thier heels. Feel bad for Smith. Jay finally has his guy. Hook Jay up to a lie detector test and I'd wage money he has always liked Colt better than RG3, Kirk, and Alex.

Yeah man, the spin has already begun on Colt being the guy that this team needs to lead them.

Maybe Colt comes in an we get a win in Dallas on Thursday, that indeed would be a pleasant surprise. BTW: it would be another in along list of reasons, to fire Bruce Allen, then question Gruden for not insisting that Colt was the perfect guy for what they do all along.
