Good luck Monkey. Buying a house was one of the better investments I've made. I say that even though the market tanked for a while after I bought it. Repairs will make you mad though. I've replaced almost everything over the years from roofs to walls , furnace, every appliance at least once. Still at the end the payoff should be rewarding.
