I am sure he isn’t but he has done pretty well for us

Just earlier (post 5.940), you said he was a #2. And he has not played well for us. Sorry but he hasn’t.

Noah is ranked 77 in YPG.

Noah is tied for 112 in TDs.

Noah is 264 in catch rate.

Noah is tied at 31 for drops.

The question going forward for the WR group surrounds future acquisitions. If they sign Higgins, then TM moves to WR2, Noah Brown to the slot. So what happens to McCaffery and Zaccheaus and Crowder (IR)

If they draft a guy instead for the #2 (WR2) spot that would be a massive mistake and if they draft for a WR1 type the same questions about McCaffery, Zaccheaus and Crowder apply.

Now, if the plan involves moving on from TM, compensation and his replacement become concerns.

I dont see OZ and Crowder being on the 2025 roster. TM, FA WR, Luke, FA/draft pick WR, and maybe OZ sticks around to be the 5th WR

OZ is the punt returner, I think he sticks around for that reason and because he contributes to the passing game. Here are the current receiving stats:

agree he is the PR right now. He is contributing to the passing game b/c no one else fits hit profile as a WR. You would think Luke and the big time FA Wr we bring in will have a bigger role next year.

Luke might have a bigger role in the future but right now it appears as if they prefer OZ as a target over him. Keep in mind Luke is learning how to play the position, sort of in the same manner that Gibson did when he went from WR to RB.
